| Visit the famous Shanghai Museum in the morning, enjoy your time in the beautiful Yu Garden and nearby Yu Market. Free time on the famous Nanjing Road in the late afternoon. |
| Yuyuan Garden | The Yuyuan Garden, also known as the “Yu Garden”, is an eminent classical Chinese garden and famed as “an architectural miracle in South China”. Inside the Yu Garden, you will be fascinated with traditional Chinese style houses, grottoes, pavilions, lotus ponds, and zigzag bridges crossing streams. | | Nanjing Road | If you are a fashion-seeking shoppers, this is the right place for you where all-in-one shopping malls, gorgeous restaurants and spectacular night views can be found. Buildings with distinctive features erect on both side of the street, huge signboards and advertisements show the city’s prosperity. | | Yuyuan Market | Located next to the Yuyuan Garden, it's a lively market that specializes in traditional Chinese arts and crafts. | Continue your sightseeing in Shanghai. Later in the afternoon you take overnight train to Huangshan. K8418 train Shanghai-Huangshan departs Shanghai at 17H45, arrives Huangshan at 06h55 next day. |
| The French Concession | A residential area of Shanghai once designated for the French, it is a very nice European place in Shanghai with lots of French and German cafes, tree-lined avenues, up-market stores as well as historical buildings. | | Jade Buddha Temple | It's a peaceful refuge from the bustle Shanghai, quite venerable, known for the two white jade Buddha statues imported from Burma. | Pickup from train station, then will drive for 1 hour to Mount Huangshan, take Yungu cable car up to the top of Mount Huangshan. After checking into the hotel and lunch, you will start your visiting. In the evening you will enjoy the sunset from the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion. These two days sightseeings include Brush Pen Peak, Lion Peak, Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, Begin-to-Believe Peak, Flying Stone, Bright Summit Peak. Stay overnight on top of the mountain. |
| Huangshan City | Huangshan city is a prefecture-level city centered around the Huangshan Mountains in southern Anhui province, China. | Get up early in the morning to catch the Mount Huangshan's magnificent sunrise (if weather permits). Take Yungu cable car down the mountain where your driver will be waiting and drive you back to Yixian County to visit Hongcun village-the Unique Buffalo-shaped Village. Transfer to Huangshan airport or train station. (airfare or train ticket back to Shanghai is not included in this quotation, it can be booked by us if request). If you need to take train to Shanghai, train K8420 departs Huangshan at 19h10, arrives Shanghai at 08h53 next day. |
| Sunrise on Huangshan Mountain | One of the best point for sunrise is at the Begin-to-Believe Peak. You need to walk in darkness from Beihai Hotel for 30 minutes in the early morning. Another good point is at the Bright Summit Peak. | | Hukaiwen Ink Factory | Ink Stone Factory is the most important part of "Four Treasures of the Study".
